Kings Creek 2 - Lower Meadow

Lassen Volcanic National Park. Sept 3 - 6, 2004.

(top, down) On Sunday we hiked to Kings Ck Falls (3 miles, 700 feet elevation).

(top, down) The trail (dotted line) runs along Kings Ck through some more meadows, so I have called the area Lower Meadow. At the first fork we followed the creek to the left. At the second fork we went right to continue along the creek. There is a lookout point here with a good view of the Upper Falls. The other fork is the horse trail which loops around away from the creek.
